Enough lighting i parking area. Rooms very well cleaned, organized all in place properly. Clerk informative, nice no problem finding us in the system

Did not go, tried to change the date the day before at 1300 due to illness, and was not allowed without being charged,will not stay here on my future trips to tulsa.

The air conditioner made noise all night long. Sounded like it needed replacing and it did not cool the room down below 74 degrees.

When you check in, they could have better attitudes and make you feel more welcomed!!!! They have been the ONLY hotel that wants a $100 pet deposit, even if I had stayed other times, every week at least 2 days in a row, and them knowing he hasn't
done any of those times. Then main thing is them running my credit card up front each time and I have to wait 7 business days for them to refund me.

To begin with we got to the room and the smell of chemicals was completely overwhelming. Then our bath mat was gross with black stuff on it. I had to kill what I believe was a cockroach right next to my bed. Totally disgusting. I would never recommend this place.

Be sure to bring your own shampoo, soaps, lotions etc. We stayed here for two weeks before moving into our new house. The breakfast bar is very minimal. We used food delivery every day. It was fine for our situation.... close to the new house. Cleaning staff were wonderful.
