The main door of YOUR room did not close properly, which resulted in poor air conditioning retention and affected the overall comfort of the room. Additionally, the PHONE ringing sound and light from the reception were quite loud and disturbing, making it difficult for us to sleep well.

Near Airport, Stayed only 1 night. The first staff I meet really was rude, did not say hello or smile or ask anything, he just walked behind the counter at my arrival, waited for me to tell my business there. He asked for more documents than he needed, and was pretending to read them and pretending to take copy of them. The other staff was very nice, they helped me order food that was delivered at my room, cus nearest restaurant was 2 km away, and it was very dark outside.

I recently stayed at Treebo Thoduvas Star Plaza Cochin Airport, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered stunning views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the amenities provided.

Happy to stay at Treebo Thoduvas Star Plaza. This hotel is 1.5 km away from Terminal 1 of the airport. But there is easy access to the state highway. One disadvantage is that there is no cafeteria inside the hotel. For food we have to go out.

We stayed one night by booking using the ******* app. No questions were asked after we identified ourselves. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The rate was reasonable. We will definitely be staying there the next time we are visiting Kerala.
