The room was horrible, had holes in the walls. The floor was dirty. The tub was dirty The sheets had massive hair on it. It was an awful stain honest truth

Room overall clean, could use some touch up of the paint. Bathroom door broken and wouldn’t fully close, food or something splashed on the ceiling over the sink. The hallway did not smell great. For the price, not terrible and it’s nice they allow pets but probably would not stay again.

Very close to shopping and food, but, property needs a good cleaning, repairs, and a coat of paint everywhere. I should have suspected the property was not in good condition based upon the price per night. The friends I was visiting in Peoria made me promise not to stay there again—based on reputation and number of police calls.

They have a bad case of bedbugs and some flying insects.Trash behind the bed and under it. Floors need to be mopped with cleaning detergents.
They need to invest in new waterheaters

The room smelt like mold, and cat pee. The sheets were dirty, holes in the bathroom wall, stuff spilt on the walls and the bathroom door was chewed up.

The staff was quick and responsive. The price is cheap. You get what you pay for? I suppose. Unfortunately, that's about as generous as I can be with complimenting our stay.
The key cards for the room had to be reset every single day of our trip. The windows were a safety concern and unable to securely latch/lock.
