Sound proofing was poor. Could not sleep much of the night because of loud traffic on the adjacent highway. Also could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

Staff was wonderful. We arrived after midnight and they made check-in a breeze. The night manager made us aware of a water pressure concern and tried to move our room but was unable. Thankfully the water pressure issue was resolved quickly.

Uncomfortable mattress.
Not a ***** of bacon at the breakfast buffet.

They need soundproofing. I had a room with a connecting door and I could hear everything in the other room and noise in the hall or other rooms as people were not walking by my door so I’m not sure where it was coming from but there was noise and dogs barking. I did call the front desk and that clerk could not come upstairs unless I could give him a room that was causing the problem and there was no security in the building.

Nice breakfast. What was bad was the fire alarm that went off at 12:30 in the morning for 15+ minutes causing everyone to have to leave the building in the rain because it was painfully loud. It took hours to get back to sleep because family was so disturbed and was expecting it to happen again.

房间比较大，早餐正常欧式样式，服务一般，房间靠近高速，要一个静的那面的房屋，前台查都没查就说没有了。比较吵。
这是我出差时经常住的智选假日酒店。每次出差都住得很满意，这次也要离开了。感谢酒店一直保持不错的设施和良好的房间状况。下次出差还会选择这里。谢谢！
