我们往返酒店都用Uber,叫车很方便快捷。酒店干净、安静、安全。房间干净整洁,设施齐全。早餐是我们吃过最好的酒店早餐,种类丰富,早餐后还有各种小吃可供选择。员工热情友好,知识渊博。

预订时被告知酒店有酒吧,而且酒吧是开放的。结果根本没有!大堂里有台球桌,但所有的球杆都坏了。酒店还行,但可能不会再住了。绝对达不到希尔顿的标准。
卧室里冷极了。我打电话到前台要毯子。我回到前台才发现,他们给我的只是一张看起来像床单的床笠。经理立即解释说,那是一张床笠套,他能给我的也只能这样了。我说,你们没有真正的毯子或被子吗?他非常生气,态度很粗鲁,说没有。他唯一能做的就是带我去衣柜,并确认没有其他东西可以提供给我。我向他解释说,那不是我需要的。我只是想要一条毯子保暖。我回房间后不久,我丈夫回来了,他路过前台,听到经理正在和前台女孩谈论我,说他因为我想要毯子而生气。我丈夫直到回到房间才意识到他们在谈论我。我丈夫说,从他脸上的表情就能看出他非常沮丧。他走过的时候,听到了部分谈话。
欧陆式早餐没有煎饼或华夫饼,因为机器坏了。机器里的芒果汁被冲淡了。酸奶或燕麦片上也没有新鲜水果或格兰诺拉麦片可供选择。
工作人员,尤其是管理人员,有待更加细心和专业。房间隔音效果也不佳,走廊对面的马桶冲水声和隔壁房间的动静都能听见。总而言之,这是一次非常令人失望的体验。
早餐很棒!!房间墙壁很脏。床垫糟透了,我印象中从来没住过这么差的酒店床垫。交通噪音控制很差。水温很低。
入住体验不错。员工热情友好,乐于助人。房间舒适等等。在这个地段来说价格略高。除此之外,是个不错的选择。
我们酒店门的钥匙坏了,我们向前台要了一把新钥匙,但还是不行。前台告诉我们门一定是坏了,她得打电话给她的经理。接下来的 2 个小时我们都坐在大堂里想进房间,尽管我们已经在那里住了一晚。经理并没有给我们一个预计时间,所以我们只能在大堂里等着。我们终于进了房间,他给了我们一些免费的零食,但是我们在外面待了一整天,只想洗个澡,却在大堂等了那么久,我们很生气。工作人员根本不愿意帮忙,既没有回答我们的问题,也没有给出预计时间,所以我们去了另一家几乎更便宜的酒店,我们非常喜欢那里!
我提出申请后,等了30分钟才等到机场班车。前台工作人员说申请应该提前提出,但我没有在网站上看到相关信息。酒店说酒店内有“餐厅”,但酒店内根本没有任何餐厅,网站上的这些说法应该删除。入住时,前台工作人员的服务体验非常好。房间的墙壁薄如纸,走廊和其他房间的谈话我都能听到。电视机坏了,淋浴架松了,而且由于没有塑料淋浴密封条,水漏得浴室地板上到处都是。酒店最棒的体验是早餐和咖啡。
