酒店回复: We do not change out towels for one and two night stays in order to cut down on water and sewer usage. This is a common practice throughout the industry. On longer stays, we changed the towels after a second night stay.I'm confused about the curtain comment as every room has room darkening curtains.

Stephani was so personable and interested in making our stay both co mfortable and memorable. The property is lovely and all rooms well appointed. I highly recommend staying more than a day in this area!

Steph was a great host and her breakfasts were amazing. Very laid back and comfortable atmosphere and we appreciated the conversation with Steph during breakfast.
We were in the area to see Mama Mia at the Landmark Theater in Syracuse, so it was a short stay for us. However, the Finger Lakes Region is great area with plenty to do during seasonal times

Excellent breakfast. Be prepared to converse with the proprietor and other guests while you eat. Very nice rooms. Waterloo is a great location.
