The person that checked me in was very helpful. I was meeting my daughter there with her three year old twins and needed some items, She gave me directions to the closest store to pick up my items. She was very friendly when my family arrived. We all enjoyed our breakfast before heading out.

This is at best a 2 star place to stay. 1 room even had dead roaches in the refrigerator. The bathrooms and the rooms were not as we saw in the pictures. There was no upfront conversation about any charges. From my $100 deposit for two rooms for our 2 day stay, they deducted $8.98 for something?! for each day. God knows what.
Their main entrance doors were getting stuck and they fixed it whilst we were there.
They don't give you a small water bottle for welcoming guests. There was no soap or lotions filled in the bottles there.
You had to ask for room service as soon as you walk in or else they don't come in.
Some people have revved up about the property. Maybe they saw something in the property we didn't.

The hotel was nice . It’s close to MD Anderson West. If you book through the hotel direct they will give a 20% discount for MD Anderson patients. First morning breakfast didn’t have many options for Gluten Free. The second morning was much better. They had eggs, sausage and potatoes. They also had gluten free muffins. Will be staying here again.

很温馨很舒适的酒店，一家三口很合适，周围也很方便，停车场很大很安全，美中不足就是洗澡的花洒🚿水流太小。
安静，舒服，就是远了一点点…自驾好地方！
地板很粘。入住后，我发现有一笔不明金额的收费。他们说这是停车费，但我入住时他们从未告诉我，而且应该可以免费停车。我投诉了他们，他们退款了，但感觉很奇怪。
