We had four rooms. One smelled like mold and mildew and the tv did not work. None of the rooms had water to shower at night. We were told it was because too many people were bathing to just wait a little while and try again. The breakfast was cold. The pool was dirty. I do not recommend.

Keys to door didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work, most ice machines didn't work, hot water...joke. The pool stayed opened but there wasn't lights for it. Our room was clean, but our teams rooms stunk of mold and body odor. Their breakfast was decent.

Mold was all over the place(even inside picture frames had mold in them), the rooms had a terrible smell, the beds were hard, the water smelled and was brown. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience with them. Le lady that was supposed to check me in never held me to check in. I wait 45 minutes and they never figured out so I have to hotel. Com help me to find another hotel to stay.

However, none of our front desk staff ever mentioned your arrival, including the night staff who knows to wait until almost 4am to change our system over to the next day. You never arrived for your reservation as far as we know and were marked in our system as such.

This property was dirty and run down. Rust on the walls (yes on the walls), spider webs above the bed on the ceiling, toilet didn’t flush properly, fridge didn’t work, curtains and lamp shades were filthy & had blood stains. The room & property as a whole was super outdated. Bathroom ceiling was dripping brown water. Renovations needed immediately! And this was the second room we were moved to because the first room was worse. Do not stay here!!!!

Used to be the BEST hotel and is getting run down pretty fast. Rooms not near as clean as they used to be.

Poor Service.
It was convenient due to next door and walk to the softball tournament. But terrible service. No greeting. Very low water pressure to shower. Act of congress to get your room cleaned which didn’t get cleaned. Said had a do not disturb on my door which they got confused with my room number to the room across from me that had the do not disturb sign the whole entire time of my stay. Act of congress to get towels.

Rooms were musty, moldy smelling. Not worth the hassle to change rooms, but not pleasant either. B’fast ‘bar’ was so so; its staff seemed more interested in her phone than in her job.
Still, clearly the best choice sparse lodging options in Zachary.
