Great spot to stay at for events at the Giant Center. Clean and easy to get to. We were easily able to find an Uber to and from the concert.

Hotel was conveniently located. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. A lot of families there for an ice hockey event so a lot of kids running around the lobby all the time, but otherwise a nice stay

Excelente Hotel, a little to expensive. Also staff or security should do rounds or have security cameras in the hallways and stairs. Nothing against kids having fun but several kids were screaming running up and down the hallways and stairs playing with a ball and at times knocking on doors for a long period of time.
Maybe consider to include breakfast with your reservation may help thinking about the price per night.

Friendly staff. Easily accessible. Will say GPS takes you to the bank parking lot next door but that’s brighter good or bad not matters for rating of this place. Was clean. Will say it was strange sleeping in a room with bed facing window. But again neither here nor there.

价格太贵了，就提供的东西而言。早餐基本上就是个自助点餐机和收银机。麦当劳的早餐更好。
说实话，我们感觉被亏待了。在宾夕法尼亚州好时，每晚500多美元，我们理应期待更多，享受更多，也应该在细节上多加注意。比如，我们房间打扫完后，咖啡机被人忽视了，第二天早上就没咖啡了。
我们在行政套房住了三个晚上，房间一直没有打扫。我们多次要求换房，但都没能换。浴室里到处都是头发，毛巾也湿了。
