Staff and breakfast was great. First night, guests above us were stomping on the floor and making a lot of noise. I complained and it was taken care of and next day those guests were gone

I have stayed at this Hyatt Place in Eden Prairie, MN a number of times, and each time it has been an excellent experience! This past Saturday I had a reservation at another brand hotel a mile away, which had a higher ******* rating, and it was absolutely terrible! So, back to the Hyatt Place I came, and will from now on stay nowhere else!
The room layout is ideal, the breakfast superb, the staff professional, and all the facilities pristine. Hreat work!

The room was beautiful. Only complaint is that the toilet in the room with the tub/shower was very crowded. The expression “toilet closet” came to mind. Breakfast was great with wonderful options for everyone!

Breakfast was great! Clean and had a lot of food options! The platters of pancakes and French toast sticks worked perfect for our kids!!

There was a bug inside of our bed when we got inside the hotel room. I requested a refund and I was told that I would need to reach out to *******.

After looking into many other hotels it was nice to see that this hotel did not charge a $100-$300 deposit. The only extra fee they charge is a $20 incidental fee which I had no issue with. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff. The room my family and I stayed in was clean and spacious. It never got loud besides in the morning you could hear people coming and going for breakfast. I liked that they include a chart of the times breakfast is quiet and full to when it is busier and has less options which I’ll say they were very accurate on. The worker who worked the breakfast area was kind and patient as I noticed he had other guests trying to boss him around or tell him what they thought he needed to put out. Now checkout was a little confusing as there was no staff to be found at the desk but they do have a jar I assumed is where we were supposed to drop off our keys. Overall it was a very lovely hotel and I’d definitely stay again.
