The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and did not quiet down all night. The front desk manager just stared at my wife who was trying to enter the facility and the doors would not open. I have stayed here before and it was not like this. I know it was busy because of the marathon, but I only stay here during the marathon and have never experienced that before.

The AC wasn't working right, so we got moved to a new room with an upgrade. The breakfast was the best I have seen with even a few vegetables available and one type of cereals that was gluten-free. The view was the only downside but we loved being downtown.
