connect to wifi but making or receiving calls was impossible, only texting.

Holiday Inn never disappoints. The beds and rooms are always comfy. There’s always spacious showers and hot water. Easily one of my favorite places to stay.

Give Dee a raise!!
Dee was very sweet and professional upon check in. I didn’t have any other interactions with anyone else but just the one with Dee I knew this was going to be a great stay. The breakfast had a lot of good choices accommodating to different diets as well.

Mostly good
Room was clean and nice, but the shower had no shower curtain and soap dispenser in the shower was broken and non-operable. These are things that have clearly been overlooked and not taken care of.

Not customer centered
I didn’t realize until I was in their parking lot that I had booked the wrong night. Customer service told me to cancel and rebook. I tried to do this and was not able to so I had to go somewhere else. I was still charged for this room even though customer service told me they would work with the hotel to get me a refund.
