We have since looked into these issues you have brought to our attention and have rectified the ones that have actual grounds for concern, although we have no report on our end that front desk was notified about any of these concerns after checking in. Any issues could have been swiftly rectified by our front desk staff to accommodate you and keep your stay with us at optimal comfortability. As for reimbursement, we regret to inform you that it is far too late for us to reimburse you for the remaining nights of your stay as it was booked on a non-refundable rate plan, and you were informed by management that changes made to the reservation would have to have been made via ******* first; We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope that in the future we can host you properly.

While we do our best to keep to a strict pest control inspection and prevention, our property is very open, in a rather dense urban area. Despite our best efforts to maintain a clean and pest-free environment for all of our guests, we cannot prevent every single incident as there are too many outlying factors that could have caused the single insect to make its way into your room. Since hearing about this occurrence we have done our best to step-up our pest prevention protocol and apologize deeply for any and all discomfort experienced. Our front desk staff is always available for any and all concerns, complaints, or inquiries.
