While we do our best to keep to a strict pest control inspection and prevention, our property is very open, in a rather dense urban area. Despite our best efforts to maintain a clean and pest-free environment for all of our guests, we cannot prevent every single incident as there are too many outlying factors that could have caused the single insect to make its way into your room. Since hearing about this occurrence we have done our best to step-up our pest prevention protocol and apologize deeply for any and all discomfort experienced. Our front desk staff is always available for any and all concerns, complaints, or inquiries.

We have everything but the kitchen sink. Simply calling down to the front desk could have resolved this quickly.Regarding your Wi-Fi concerns, we regret that it did not meet your needs. We encourage guests to notify the front desk if they experience any issues so we can address them promptly. Unfortunately, we did not receive any report of this during your stay.As for towels, housekeeping typically removes used towels to launder them, but they are always replaced upon request. Simply letting the staff know or contacting the front desk would have ensured you had fresh towels promptly.We also understand the frustration with parking when our lot is at capacity, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused.We are grateful for your feedback as it allows us to improve and provide a better experience for our guests.
