Whipped cream with the waffles for breakfast was wonderful. The night light in the bathroom was the best! I think your electric will go down with night lights in the bathroom because guests will not leave the bathroom lights on if there is a night light.

I usually stay at this Hotel when I visit my mom is Cumberland MA.
It is usually a pleasant stay but this stay was hampered by the individual above me pounding his/her feet back and forth the entire floor of the room at 6:30am for an entire 75 minutes, followed by some land scaping workers cleaning up a downed tree that happened to be right below my window and using their commercial grade gas powered leaf blowers for 30 minutes at 8am below my window, followed by a hotel worker vacuuming right outsidey door for 20 minutes.
All this after I checked in at midnight after a 8 hour long drive with just 3 hours of sleep night before.
It just wasn't my night.... No choice but stood up after only 4 hours of sleep ( went to bed around 2am ) to jump back on the road for another 6 hour drive.
I will stay there again but this time, I will request a room on the top floor and away from the front of the hotel, I will check the grounds for any possible disturbances.

a bit disappointing. the area is not nice at all. next to a sketchy trucker stop. Reviews are not reflective of overall stay. Not pleased. Would not stay there again. Lots of odors.

The price of this hotel is amazing. It is new and relatively clean. The room smelled very strongly of chemicals. The hotel clerk even warned us because it was "one of the last rooms cleaned". That seemed a bit odd. It's also beside a gas station/truck stop but that didn't present any issues for us.

The staff was attentive & friendly. The breakfast was good. My only problem was I had requested a handicapped shower or shower chair, which they did provide me with a chair after check-in however it was missing a foot & not very solid. The bathroom did not have grab bars around the toilet or in the shower. Not a terrible experience but it definitely could have been better.

I am a woman and I personally wished that the bathroom
floor wasn't that dark black shade. The color black isn't
a "homey" feeling. It should have been blue, pink , or
even a nice cream color. Black for a bathroom has always created a feeling of unwelcoming. thanks.

Forgotten pillow returned.
We thought this was going to be a one night uneventful stay. The accommodations were very nice and more than met our expectations. But, the night following our checkout, I realized I forgot my pillow! I called the hotel, they located it in their lost and found and after providing a postage paid label returned it promptly to me. So happy to have such good service after the sale!!!!

for any bikers passing through, unless you are very adept to riding on busy highways with little two no shoulders, I would not recommend this property. There are very little transportation rideshare options to get from the trails to this location. You can ride through the neighborhoods in that part is OK although sketchy at the start, but the last leg is not meant for bikers and you may find yourself stuck. I literally had to depend on the kindness of a stranger, which is a dangerous gamble to take me and my folding bike on the last leg to the hotel otherwise, I would’ve been stuck past dark at a convenience store. Get a place closer to the trail.

非常不错的酒店，房间面积有点小，但是挺干净。就感觉挺多大车司机住这？后面能看到一堆大车。唯一有点难受的是电梯里闻到了**味。。。。
一家不错、现代化又干净的酒店。房间很宽敞。早餐种类丰富。办理入住的女士非常友好！
