The hotel was definitely outdated but for the price we knew that going in. We left a day early due to bugs being in the room (found on one of the beds also, we left immediately after), walls are very thin so we heard kids and dogs all night, had to wait over 30 minutes for maintenance to show up due to no hot water (they came and point out that cold mean hot and hot means cold), one of the TVs didn’t work, beds felt like a box spring and it was trash on the balcony from previous guest.

Never met any staff except for the receptionist, she was okay. The elevators smelled like piss extremely bad and were utterly disgusting. The room was ok but the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were not great. Would probably not stay there again unless it was my last and final choice.

ROACHES!
The place looks like it was a very nice hotel in it's day. That day has definitely passed.
The very first thing I saw when I opened the door to the room was a roach climbing up the wall.
The room we booked was an ocean view with a jacuzzi tub. So, in its day that would've been a bomb-diggity of accomodations, but the aforementioned jacuzzi tub looked like it had seen and been through things that would've made Caligula blush.

It was relaxing and had not one single issue what so ever. Very refreshing and stress-free. I will for sure be back soon

Place is run down, needs carpet and areas appeared not clean. Has coffee pot but no coffee. No do not disturb notice. Dirty elevators, only coke machines, no snacks. Indoor pool area kind of dirty. If you just need a bed not too bad. Ask about all prices and fees before arriving.

We wanted the Hot tub but kids took it over, I decided to pay more and I moved up to the 5th floor and I totally love the ocean view, so I stayed in the Balcony. The room needs more up grading, the Door main safety Lock didn't work and I had to kill over 10 Roach Bugs !!!
