Very cool old hotel, but needed some upgrades to tiled floors. Restaurant on top was understaffed.

Just a very enjoyable stay! Location was great to see downtown-all within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly. Food was great in the downstairs restaurant. Good size portions! Would stay there again!

The building is clean and has nice historic features. The attached restaurant looks updated and the food is good. Staff was helpful & friendly. The National Park Center was right across the street. Unfortunately, it was closed due to the shut down, but there was a private Park Center nearby that offered Park stamps and official shirts, etc. The hotel has a decent clean Fitness Center though they didn't have towels in the Center. Parking was a little convoluted; cars had to be valeted. Otherwise, parking on the street was hit or miss. This is a very busy street.

Loved being across the street from the national park and the rooftop bar was a nice place to relax.

缺点：通往浴室的推拉门是农场式的，导游转身的时候我被困在里面了；门很重；马桶噪音很大；代客泊车每天30美元，有点贵

没有停车场，但代客停车费用为 30 美元。
员工和服务设施都很棒！而且酒店位于主要商业街上，所以步行几乎可以到达所有地方！
就在国家公园对面，工作人员对当地情况非常了解，下次还会再来。我又回来了。
满足了我们所有要求！附近有浴室和方便的步行和徒步小径。方便、干净、舒适。喜欢屋顶酒吧。
