Spotlessly clean and super-comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had an accident (off-premises) and broke my arm. I had to extend my stay for a couple of days, and had to book a room for a family member who flew into Nashville to help me out. Not only did they let me keep my room, but they made sure my family member had a room across the hall to facilitate. Lots of restaurants and shopping are nearby.

The staff was very welcoming and the environment was calm and relaxing. It was clean. Staff very helpful, including housekeeping. Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Breakfast had a nice variety.
