My stay at the Kimpton Aerston was great. The room was cleaned and guest services were very nice. The next time I visit Nashville. I will be booking this hotel again.

我们于2025年10月11日星期六下午1点半左右从佐治亚州亚特兰大抵达。前台告诉我们，由于我们开了5个小时的车，房间大约一个小时后就可以办理入住。他们帮我们寄存了行李，我们便去了泳池区，等待房间准备好。泳池区非常脏，泳池浴室锁着，大堂的浴室也很脏，到处都是灰尘。屋顶区域光线昏暗，没有灯光，垃圾桶散发着难闻的气味，周围还有污渍。当我向前台反映这些问题时，他们似乎并不在意。这家酒店在*******上的评级是4.5星，但实际上连3星都达不到。我们等了3个小时，两次询问房间何时准备好，最终在4点半，他们给了我们其中一间房的钥匙，但却无法告知我们另一间房何时可以准备好。当我们进入房间办理入住时，我们确信酒店的评级是误导性的，房间远达不到4.5星的标准，也完全不符合我们的预期。

我们真的很喜欢这家酒店，我本来想给它打个差评，这样以后我想住的时候随时都可以入住了。一切都堪称完美，我们睡得非常香甜。我们的房间非常漂亮、现代、美观。工作人员非常勤奋。我们享受到了极致的舒适和周到的服务。
第二次入住这里了。一切都很完美。我的客人很喜欢宽敞的房间、装饰和舒适的床。楼下的餐厅供应美味佳肴，而且交通便利。Torchy’s 就在街对面。乘坐优步前往市中心和南12街地区不到10分钟。
