Breakfast was great, service was great - had an issue with our TV so they moved us to a new room, beds were comfortable, but floor sounded sticky and corners not the cleanest and the toilet Sid not look clean on all surfaces

Room was clean bathroom could use some TLC and extra time to be clean pool was out of order. Hot tub was usable but I think some money could be used towards upgrading entire pool area. Staff was nice.

Breakfast area was dirty.. like other guests had spilt their food and nothing was cleaned up. The towel rack in the bathroom, in our unit, was falling off the wall. The heater in the room was dirty on the grate. The fitted sheet on the beds didn’t stay on the bed. It kept falling off. The pool and hot tub is still not able to be used.

We had 2 double beds in our room, one of the beds had stained sheet, we went back to front desk and replaced it. The matresses were terrible. For $189 I expect better!
