The thermostat was nonresponsive- we roasted all night. Very uncomfortable. The room was clean enough, shower head was a little low for tall people.
Unfortunate restaurant/room service closes at 9pm as we work late.
All in all we were underwhelm.

Staff were friendly and professional. They recognized VIP status perks immediately and upgraded the room. The restaurant is onsite, provides room service and eat in. Very welcoming and comfortable! I’ll be coming back soon!

Room not ready
Mostly my disappointment was that the room was not ready in time and I was even more disappointed with the attitude they had about getting the room ready. Poor. Too bad, nice place - but the service and timlieness against the price was poor. Also, hotel room ice machine was broken.

It was overlooking a golf course. Had a nice view. The carpet in the rooms were worn out. Need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was nice.
