The beds were very comfortable. Room was very hot and humid when we arrived late in the evening as the a/c was not on for our arrival. Staff seemed friendly in general with greetings but not helpful with our one request to change payment method. Breakfast may have been the worst we have ever experienced. Room was clean, water pressure was good but room needs a good thorough paint job done.

Room was clean and nice. I didn't like when I had to change my reservation and leave a day early. I had to call ******* and do it through them. I will never use a third party again for booking. So time-consuming.

Easy access to everything near our activities staff was beyond friendly and professional room was comfortable and quiet

For the 300$ we paid for this room, it was old and dirty! There were blood spots or something on the sheets, comforter, and pillows. Very dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. I would never stay here again! Gross!

The people behind the front desk were amazing! Every time we entered or left the hotel they greeted us were interested in how our day went and were extremely friendly. The kind of service that you just don’t see anymore. It was very very much appreciated.
