房间超级好,干净整洁,很新,位置也很好,离tunjungan 商场很近,出门就是繁华的商业街,很多咖啡厅,小店,非常方便,早餐也可以在天台吃,露天室内都可以,以后每次来泗水都住这里
总的来说还不错,位置很好,交通便利,附近有很多咖啡馆。早餐也很好,有很多当地特色食物可以尝试。唯一美中不足的是房间里没有熨斗,我让他们送熨斗过来,他们只是记下了,但并没有送。
酒店位于泗水市中心,是一家新酒店,但规模不大。设施齐全,员工友好,价格实惠。食物美味,选择多样,景色宜人,电梯也很漂亮。靠近餐饮场所,交通便利。唯一的缺点是卫生状况不佳。马桶堵塞导致水流很小,浴室积水,可能是因为排水管不够大。
酒店位置很好,去泗水最大的景点Tunjungan街很方便。周边也很安静,没有噪音。不过我个人觉得酒店有点暗,可能是我更喜欢明亮宽敞的走廊和房间吧。
这家酒店有很多可取之处。房间干净、明亮,看起来很现代化。如果真有超级特大号床,那应该就是这张了。床垫软硬适中,配有四个枕头。还提供了卧室拖鞋、擦手巾和常用洗漱用品。水压和水温控制都很好。我真的很喜欢床边的USB接口和电源插座。酒店还提供吸烟房和无烟房。
不得不说,他们的早餐种类是我见过最丰富的。选择超级多,而且餐厅在17楼,风景很棒。如果你离服务台比较远,清理用过的餐盘会有点慢,但仍在可接受范围内。
我们遇到的所有工作人员都非常礼貌和友好,无论是前台还是客房服务。
酒店位置也相当中心。周围有很多咖啡馆和几家便利店。如果需要去更远的地方,可以使用Grab叫车。
从设施到地理位置都堪称完美。但是,请避开周末,车流量巨大……简直是堵得令人发指……不过设施和友好度都是一流的,哈哈。
非常一般的酒店,不知道携程那么多好评是怎么来的。
房间里的陈设装修非常老旧且粗糙,洗漱的备品也是最廉价的那种。房间的户型布局也很奇葩,卫生间是狭长的,坐个厕所要面壁,走进去洗澡身体还得侧过去一点,感觉很压抑。洗漱池的水龙头水很小,但水池又很浅,一开水龙头水就会溅到衣服上。
好歹是个四星级酒店,住过那么多有比这好也有比这差的,这是第一家一天只限供应2瓶矿泉水的,离谱,多要一瓶要付30K,真把人当冤种了呢。
服务人员态度还行吧,算是热情,但似乎早餐餐厅的服务生耳朵有点背,两天都是报个房间号总是听不清,得多跟她重复几遍。早餐还行吧,品种还算丰富。就是早餐设计在17楼,吃完再出门,上上下下等电梯也不太方便。
总之是一家不会再来第二次的酒店,下次宁愿住到斜对面的希尔顿逸林了

当我走进酒店大堂的时候,我有点沮丧。大堂和我想象中的不太一样。但是当我进入房间后,却给我留下了非常深刻的印象。前台员工很棒,他们处理不满客人的方式非常专业。让你感到自己备受重视和尊重。
