I thought it was a very nice hotel. Really enjoyed the waffle maker and yogurt. Would have rated the hotel higher but one of the staff members was extremely unprofessional and down right trashy if I am being honest. She was a white woman with longer black hair. One morning during breakfast she was screaming and cursing at a young man and two other men just tearing into them and belittling them. That is not what you want to hear waking up and trying to eat breakfast with your husband. That is an embarrassment to the hotel.

The room was not ready for guest, half cleaned. The second room the air conditioner was leaking water on the floor. I have no pictures. The survey should be presented at or before check in not after check out then possibly one can add a photo.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at here because it is decently close to the Ruston Ball Park. This time I was disappointed. Room smelled of cat urine and there were dirty spots on the comforter. Air was completely off when we got into the room. Just felt unclean and unkept. People on the third floor were constantly running around at 12:30- 1:30 at night. Nothing was done about it. Smelled of smoke in the hallways. Breakfast area was disgusting the next morning.

Our room wasn’t clean and there was food left from prior guest. They also don’t give you any hand soap, face soap, only body wash, shampoo/conditioner in shower

It was a place to sleep for one night. Old dated and a bit dusty. Bathroom floors not so clean and no bath soap

Very Nice but Bit of a Smell
We came to stay the weekend to visit friends. The whole place was very nice and clean, but there was a weird chlorine stench to the whole place despite them not having a pool. It was not as bad in the room, but still very disturbing. I'm just assuming this is from too much bleach use but don't really know. I still highly recommend as it is really nice!
