Our room was near the busy street. I should have requested to move to a farther room from the busy street. A motorcycle kept on running even at 4 am.

Room was fine for one night stay. Our room faced an intersection. The noise from traffic was quite loud.

We went for 3 nights with 2 teenagers to be close to the delgroso park. The only problem I had was that they dont have enough handicap accessible rooms. The room was large enough for my wheelchair and i could get into the bathroom but they didn't have any shower chairs and reaching the sink but i had help from the hubby but just keep it in mind. Having said that, I would stay again.

Love this Hotel, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

The hotel was great, very clean and the staff was great. The location is not the greatest but there are things you can walk to.

Staff was wonderful. They did have a problem with trash containers being emptied. Maybe helpful if they were a little larger.

Staff was accommodating and responsive to requests. Mattress was comfortable, HVAC unit was relatively quiet and temperature was easily adjusted comfortable. Breakfast was a bit less offerings than typical hotel. Train tracks are close enough to hear the trains at night, traffic road noise in the morning. Downtown, not a lot of restaurant choices in walking distance. Rescue mission is nearby and some folks in area that are in sad circumstances, but did not feel dangerous.
