the room looked like it had not been reset yet. tv was on trash still in trashcan and bed not mad. weird smellm front desk was suoer friendly as we checked in super late.

The staff was great and helpful. I kept getting a whiff is cigarette smoke through out my stay in my room even though I was in a no smoking room.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But motel 6 I’ve stayed at so far. The only thing I difmy like it’s it took close to 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower. Seems like a lot of wasted water.

The room was horrible. I had to change my 1 at room because there was no hot water. I changed rooms and the 2 ND room the toilet never flushed properly after having someone come out 4x to fix it. Both rooms were in very bad repair and dirty. The stove was broken, i had to request a microwave brought in, the smell was awful. I had to purchase and burn a candle the entire time i was in the room. I purchased my own sheets and and blankets because i refused to sleep on the being and the bed was very uncomfortable. I stayed there a total of 9 nights and not once was my trash emptied, sheets changed, room cleaned or anything. The staff was very nice and helpful when there was a problem, but nothing was ever fixed and no attempt was ever made to offer a discount which i found to be very disappointing. I am staying in Austin for business until mid January but have obviously upgraded my hotel stay and will not be returning to this property or another one under this umbrella. Very disappointed that i wasted my money and would have left sooner had i been able to get a refund.
