There was no Kleenx/tissues in the room. The place is under construction, and when I went to check in, I didn't even think I could walk in. The second time I went to the door a woman put her cigarette down and asked if I was there to check in. The bed sheet had make-up on it. I wished we had not picked this place back in August, and we would have turned around and went somewhere else but we had already paid.

Everything. Not a comforting or safe feeling to even step on property. (We quickly left and found new place) Hotels around area also complained. Stated that the location was working on turning into a new “name” which would be their third. They also stated that there is police

Looked like the room had been recently remodeled but only did half the room. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room and when I called the front desk to ask about one, there was me answer after 10 to 12 rings. The facility was supposed to be nonsmoking but as soon as you walked in to hallway to our room you could smell cigarette smoke! I would not recommend this hotel!

Stay away from this place...far away!

Our stay started badly when it took over 20 minutes for someone to come to the lobby so we could check in! Then when entered our room, the chemical fumes were overwhelming! The rooms are being remodeled and some product used was giving off volatile organic compound fumes which are carcinogenic when exposed to for extended periods. They acknowledged the problem but had no other finished rooms for us. It was after midnight and we were in no mood to search for another hotel so stayed one night. We woke up early with irritated throats and hoarse voices and checked out immediately but were told we could not get a refund for the second night we had prepaid for!

Parts of the hotel are being renovated. The room however was clean. It was also quite large and comfortable. No breakfast is available but there are numerous places to eat within walking and driving distance.

The one problem we had was that there was no hot water at the bathroom sink but the kitchen sink had hot water. So did the shower which was excellent.

When I arrived, I entered a dilapidated check-in office and had to wait due to a sign indicating the staff member was assisting another tenant elsewhere on the property. After checking in, I was directed to drive around the building to an entrance nearer my room. Upon entering the building, I noticed an unpleasant odor and outdated decor. The room itself felt unsafe, with a stained curtain and hair on an unfolded wash towel—utterly off-putting. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unsettling. I returned to the front office to drop off the key, as the unclean conditions and lack of safety were unacceptable. While waiting behind two newly arrived guests, I observed the desk clerk acting unprofessionally toward another person checking in. After handing over the key, I left.
