Parts of the hotel are being renovated. The room however was clean. It was also quite large and comfortable. No breakfast is available but there are numerous places to eat within walking and driving distance.
The one problem we had was that there was no hot water at the bathroom sink but the kitchen sink had hot water. So did the shower which was excellent.

When I arrived, I entered a dilapidated check-in office and had to wait due to a sign indicating the staff member was assisting another tenant elsewhere on the property. After checking in, I was directed to drive around the building to an entrance nearer my room. Upon entering the building, I noticed an unpleasant odor and outdated decor. The room itself felt unsafe, with a stained curtain and hair on an unfolded wash towel—utterly off-putting. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unsettling. I returned to the front office to drop off the key, as the unclean conditions and lack of safety were unacceptable. While waiting behind two newly arrived guests, I observed the desk clerk acting unprofessionally toward another person checking in. After handing over the key, I left. I have photos and videos documenting the experience. Requesting a refund.

Not a bad stay. My room had been remodeled, which was nice, but the hallways were a little rough looking. Ac and everythng worked as it should.

Hall carpet was filthy and smelly. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room smelled. Doors to building were filthy.

it’s not terrible, it’s just not good. the property is overall just not well taken care of, it’s musty and hot and smelly. pillows are super hard and the beds aren’t comfortable. whole place just smells strange. only food options i’ve seen are two vending machines

Interior hallways were not climate controlled so it was warm walking to my room. The hallway carpets were old, dirty and stained. Severe exterior doors were very dirty, had rust and dirt on them. One outside area immediately by an access exterior door smelled like urine. My room was surprisingly nice. The room had plenty of space, was clean, and had fairly modern furnishings. Bathroom was clean and functional.

The hotel is ok; we stayed 7/18 -7/20. It's Motel 6 either bought out or under new management (they did a terrible job covering the sign). The room was clean, but the common areas are in need of a major upgrades or cleaning (halls & elevator). The bed was too soft and there's only two soft pillows, so I didn't sleep well. One major plus is the location, because it's very accessible to dining, Walmart & the expressway (most walking distance)! There's no bells or whistle just a clean room to lay your head.

How about a kitchen, with 3 paper cups, no paper towels, no utensils, no pots pans or plates, absolutely nothing.
What it had going for it was it was clean and secure lock and door.
