They canceled the reservation so we did not stay there they did not have room for several guests so I need to be refunded thank you

Went to some local store to pick up a few items for our stay at the hotel and the front desk was pretty much helpful to make the arrangements for us to be accommodate for our stay. Wendy and staff are always friendly and willing to help out and assist in your needs.

Studio six is very unprofessional. They canceled my room. The morning of the booking stated that they didn’t have any rooms available, which doesn’t make any sense being that I had my room reserved for weeks. They are so money hungry that they give away rooms that people already have the reserved. I came all the way to Greensboro and didn’t have a room to check in. It was my birthday weekend and it got ruined.

Terribly managed.
This location was extremely overbooked. People were lined up tryin to get in and kept getting turned away because of some serious booking errors. The facility is rundown and smelled terrible. This location is disgusting.

We booked, they told us they didn’t have any availability when we arrived. Front desk staff rude. Bedroom had roaches.. when we mentioned it to them they said it’s nothing they can do, so I hand the keys back. Hopefully I get a refund

Property is a long term stay hotel (people live there). There were people hanging around outside. I didn't end up staying because they didn't have any clean rooms when I arrived after 3pm. That's right, not ANY rooms available. So they said they would not charge a cancelation fee. I paid more than double to stay somewhere else.
别选这家Motel 6了。我们第一个房间温度高达92华氏度（空调坏了）。第二个房间没有网络，地板开裂，马桶冲水不畅，抽屉不见了，灯泡烧坏了，水龙头也坏了。我们要求他们换灯泡，他们说三天内（那时我们已经搬走了）才能到。而且，房间钥匙经常失灵。
