Your paying them to stay in their hotel and you have to make their bed! Guess I should be happy they brought me new towels each day.

Rather disappointing property. Although the carpet appeared new, the property looks very tired and unwelcoming. It needs a lot of attention and definitely new bedding and a much more welcoming entrance.

Absolutely degusting. To start We walk into the lobby and one of the owners was sitting in a lounge chair with his fat stomach sticking out of his t-shirt and his bare legs and feet hanging over the arm of the chair. The kid behind the counter was great but the place stunk and was in disrepair.
I find it hard to believe that the Quality Inn Hotels would have put their name on this property. You cannot shine a terrible property. I almost forgot, the breakfast sausages were still frozen. Should have slept in my car.

not much as far as food items, nothing but bad waffles and cereal, at 8 am. No one at the desk when we wanted to check out, the elevator sounds like an old wringer washer, weren't sure if was working properly. no wash clothes the second day and no new towels the last evening we were there.

Flea infestation. Absolutely horrific. I had to throw away my bags and clothes after less than 15min in the room. Absolutely disgusting.

There was food wrappers and reciepts inbetween the sheets upon arrival to our room we had 2 very thin sheets to keep us warm the pillows were stained along with the pillow cases the bathroom shower towels were already used and dirty and the tub/shower had a film layer from someone using it and it not being cleaned

When we got in the room the fridge was turned off and took all night to get cold, mold on bathroom ceiling and TV was unplugged and took a bit to get it plugged in and figured out. In the morning, the staff put out frozen sausages and when I questioned why they were frozen, they told me that the manager told them to put them out like that.

Dirty! Bugs, cobwebs, toilet stained, moldy towels, non
wash clothes or soap in the bathroom. Planned on staying 2 nights but checked out after one night! Filthy! Tell me how ro request a refund!

I will never stay there again.We are glad that we brought our own amenities because there was no bar soap, no soap, no shampoo in the shower and there were no washcloths. It was late when we got in. The room had no fire alarms connected or working, there are no locks on the exit doors of the building where anyone can walk in.. so the security of staying there was awful. I was appalled by an envelope asking for a tip.. well who ever did room 321 on 9/13.. you don’t deserve one. We paid $80 for a room with nothing!!!!

我们入住的第一天没有拿到干净毛巾。我们一整天都在外面。我们去前台要干净毛巾时，那位女士告诉我们需要自己要求提供毛巾。我本来以为客房服务每天都会提供毛巾的。他们还在房间桌上留了一个信封，里面有一张手写的“客房服务小费”纸条。在我们提出要求之后，我们才有了干净毛巾，垃圾桶也才被清理。
现在酒店的客户服务水平真的下降了很多，不只是这家酒店，其他酒店也一样。
