The bed is hard. Terrible to sleep on. The gym had nothing to wipe equipment off with. The breakfast was cool. The bacon well microwaved bacon would have been better the biscuit and gravy was bland. And my biggest issue is the noise. Slamming doors and teens running the hallway until midnight.

Booked wrong night by mistake and immediately tried to correct with zero help from the hotel. They wouldn’t even change the day. Very disappointing

Very clean, wonderful and helpful staff. I would give a higher rating but the bed was so uncomfortable I struggled to stay asleep. I would love to stay here again but the beds are the reason I won’t.

Nice large comfortable room. The air conditioning was loud and ritually. The handicap shower was awkward to use.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Checking in was fast and easy with no issues. Only thing that i was disappointed with was the hot tub was out of service but that was not.a big issue. Ive always enjoyed our stay there.

Unfortunately, the hot tip was not working. Having a hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, therefore, it was disappointing to learn at check-in it was not working.

Staff very courteous and cheerful. Helpful. Room was very nice and clean.
酒店比较新，位置也不错，早饭也及格，停车场比较大，可以停很多车，电梯很抽象，会有失重感，旁边是一条轨道，会比较吵。
房间舒适，但可惜的是，房间俯瞰着铁路线和交通繁忙的道路。早餐不错。
