I got to town early and the manager made sure I was able to check in early and quickly. Breakfast was great!

The room was huge! Super clean and the staff was friendly. Parking and surrounding are felt safe. Breakfast was nice and quite a few options.

I need to be refunded for my booking because I paid for the protection on my account just to get told that immediately after the purchase when I try to cancel that I can’t because it was to late! Then I travel 30miles out of my way just to find out that I am not even booked!

停车场很大，很好找。房间宽敞干净。洗漱用品很齐全，甚至还有卸妆水。毛巾也很多，早餐也很好吃。有洗衣房很方便。大堂的免费饮品也很好喝。下次还会再来住的。
位置很好，房间宽敞，床也很舒适。入住和退房都很快。早餐选择有限。房间里的办公椅升不起来，而且很脏（有污渍和毛发——可能是宠物留下的）。早上我把睡衣落在床上，后来发现清洁阿姨留了一张纸条。她为没有整理我的床而道歉，因为上面留有个人物品。这在我以前从未遇到过。

我们的房间急需维修。淋浴龙头坏了，水槽堵塞，空调也运转不正常。房间里弥漫着一股霉味和污味，虽然地毯和床单看起来还算干净，但浴室亟需彻底翻新。淋浴间看起来也不干净，而且正如我所说，龙头坏了。我以前住过这家酒店好几次，当时的价格是每晚85美元，房间状况比这次好得多。这次因为是父母周末，所以价格涨到了每晚349美元。这么破旧的房间居然要价这么高，简直是天价。
