Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and walkable to several restaurants, bars, etc. The facilities and room were very clean and maintained.

Location in downtown Boise is perfect. Add free parking, breakfast included, great room, and a price that is nearly half what other nearby hotels offer. Hyatt Place is from now on the first option I’ll consider when looking for hotels

Loved my stay with my family! i will be returning for next years hot air balloon fest;) Staff was great! Breakfast was good on options. Rooms are not dusty, have to have a clean air filters for AC. Hot tub was nice! with the outdoor pool. I felt safe at this downtown location.

Only thing i didnt like was that there isnt a safe in each bedroom. For a hotel of this quality, a safe should be standard.

When we checked in the staff was more concerned with his football game, then checking us in handed me a parking permit, then took it back with her comment, saying I have to write on it. Breakfast was cold being sausage and French toast and omelette.
