The scent used to clean the room was overpowering. It smelled like a really strong perfume. Otherwise everything was great!

Got bite up possible bed bug infestation Let the front desk know and showed them all the marks. I was just told they would look into it. Other than that people
Were friendly but possibly has issue with bed bugs !!!!!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure the stay was excellent. Front desk personnel were exceptional. Shout out to Sandy and Maria who provided an outstanding breakfast experience. Room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Great amenities.

good spot right in downtown Pensacola
Just a one night stay while visiting family in Pensacola - hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Huge plus to on the area, nearby the stadium, downtown businesses and beaches.

Complementary breakfast was great. The staff was nice and pleasant. Pool and outdoor options were good. Will definitely stay here again
