The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The coffee shop in the lobby was excellent. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional! The beds were very firm. They were too firm for our taste and our back!

Highly recommend The Thompson
Staff was very friendly and always helpful. They went above and beyond at all times from the moment we arrived with the doorman, the bellman and the receptionist to the time we departed. In addition, the staff at the restaurant was also friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Their biscuits and their cinnamon roll in a skillet were delicious.

Only thing I didn't like was all the bachlorettes and the noise and running in halls. I was on the third floor and road noise was loud on occasion but these are all things that the hotel couldn't control.

Loved the pitchers and water stations on each floor. The valet was well staffed with friendly informative staff. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful.

Very loud young crowd lots of open drunk kids language just not a good spot for me if your 20 to 28byour spot
