i went in it was a little dirty already, the items in the rooms have rust and cracks it stinks the owner was rude overall baf

Booked a room for 2 days for myself it was pretty clean and there wasn’t any issues with the room. My room was located right in the front and the second night there someone was making a lot of noise right outside my room at 3am not sure what was happening but other than that the stay was nice. Would recommend if your looking for an affordable hotel for just yourself or with family!

Urgent Complaint – Demand for Refund and Compensation
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your property. I had just been discharged from the hospital and booked a room expecting rest and recovery. Instead, I was subjected to a mosquito-infested room, where I spent the entire night fighting off bites, including to my face.
This is not only unacceptable but also a health hazard. I reported the issue to staff, only to be told the manager was “not around.” Nothing was done to resolve the situation. The conditions I endured violated the basic standards of health, safety, and hospitality.
Because of this negligence, I am demanding:
1. A full refund of my stay.
2. Compensation for the additional medical stress and costs I am now facing as a result of your unsafe conditions.
If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to:
• File complaints with the local health department and consumer protection agencies.
• Leave detailed public reviews warning others of these dangerous conditions.
• Seek legal remedies, including recovery of medical expenses, through small claims court.
I expect a written response and resolution within 7 days of this message.
