Their policies are horrible I was charged for a room ,in which I tried canceling 7 minutes after booking !

The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. We tried to use the pool, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but it looked slightly green and like there was a film on top. I had been told by staff that it had been recently closed due to issues, so we chose not to use is for our safety. I appreciated the honesty. The road noise was a lot in the middle of the night. Not much around but a KFC. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was also a security guard present.

Occupied joining rooms are very noisy. Hallways are loud.
Jen was extremely helpful and very precessional as well as fun.

Very clean, organized bedroom (minor exception - tissue box was empty). Excellent breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff.
