We booked the entire property for my son’s wedding, but the experience was extremely disappointing. These are just some of the issues we faced. Basic services like tea in the room were not provided, and the management did not cooperate with other teams. They did not allow the caterers to wash utensils on the premises. There were monkeys on the property, making it unsafe to leave used plates outside. After the rain, there was water logging outside our rooms. Overall, it was poorly managed and not suitable for hosting such an important event.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Marriott. I visited with my wife, my father, and our two kids, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel offers a great variety of recreational activities, which my kids absolutely loved and thoroughly enjoyed. It made our family time even more special. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Nitesh for his kind assistance and support. We would also like to appreciate the restaurant manager for taking such good care of us and ensuring we had a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was a memorable and delightful stay. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Absolutely 0 Traveling with my 4 year old and 6 month old infant. No point coming here especially on a weekend. Perpetually Overbooked amd overcrowded. 0 service. Called 5 times for in room dining and failed to receive the complete order. The restaurant has no staff. Be prepared to keep waiting for an hour at least to be served. Thats after you've waited for 20 mins for someone to take the order. Worst was that despite 3 requests for a baby cot, none provided till 10.30 in the night. Then when i angrily asked the reception to provide it inmediately, got a call back in 10 mins that sorry we have only 4 cots in the property and there are none available. Then i told them to provide an extra bed instead. It took them 1 hour thereafter and multiple calls from me and 2 visits to the reception for the extra bed to finally arrive. Completely ruined our night and our children's sleep who kept waking up due to the solid commotion. Please refrain from coming especially on weekends. They have no clue how to manage crowds

服务糟糕透顶,前台员工态度恶劣。午餐我们点的菜根本没上。我们提出的任何要求,要么没上,要么迟迟不来。但最令人气愤的是,前台拒绝兑现之前承诺的折扣。预订时,我们明明跟前台确认过所有额外项目都能享受15%的折扣。他们还特别告诉我们,水疗中心是由第三方运营的,所以我们可以在之前和水疗中心协商的折扣基础上再享受15%的额外折扣。可是结账的时候,我们却发现根本没有折扣。前台经理说,水疗中心的某些项目是套餐,所以不能享受折扣。我们让他去问问相关负责人,他跟那位女士说了几句就挂断了电话,根本没给我们折扣。我们要求他联系那位女士,她却总是“不在”。前台经理的这种做法,简直就是在暗示我们撒谎。金额虽小,几千块钱不算什么,但行为和态度却至关重要。总而言之,这是一次糟糕透顶的经历。
那是我生日周,我还没做任何计划,所以最后临时预订了阿拉瓦利万怡酒店。虽然只订了一天,但入住体验却远超我的预期。酒店员工非常贴心地帮我升级了房间,还布置了精美的生日装饰。办理入住也很顺利,因为当天前台有活动,人很多,所以工作人员直接陪我到房间办理入住手续。房间舒适温馨,食物也很美味。泳池区域很大,我们在那里玩了一会儿,之后还在酒店内的水疗中心Nilaya体验了情侣理疗。总之,这是一次非常棒的体验。我特别要感谢Mampi女士和她的团队,他们提前打电话来,并协助我们办理入住。她非常贴心,还为我们安排了漂亮的房间装饰和切蛋糕仪式。我一定会再次入住,也会把这家酒店推荐给我的朋友和家人。
