Stayed December 19–22, 2025 | Family stay We stayed at Nrich Skyhotel, Navsari for 3 nights and booked two interconnecting rooms. Prior to booking, a local family member visited the hotel and showed us the rooms and facilities over video call, after which we confirmed our stay. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with plenty of staff available, and our luggage was taken to the rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was included and consisted of nice traditional Indian food ***** with excellent masala tea. We also had dinner at their restaurant, Nrich Spice. The food itself was very tasty and well prepared. However, I would advise guests to ask the waiter or waitress to repeat your order to you, as on more than one occasion items were forgotten or mixed up. Don’t hesitate to clarify your order. Room service was equally good food was well presented and delicious. We also used the laundry service, which was reasonably priced and returned quickly. I would especially like to highlight the housekeeping staff, who were exceptional. Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and their service truly stood out. Unfortunately, our experience was let down during checkout. We were aware of the hotel’s policy of charging a 5% fee for international card payments, which we were completely fine with. However, the staff member handling our checkout split the total bill into two separate transactions and attempted to charge the 5% fee twice. When questioned, no clear explanation was given. After firmly challenging this, the second charge was not applied. I strongly advise anyone paying with an international card to check their bill carefully at checkout and ensure the 5% charge is applied only once. Don’t accept unclear explanations and stand your ground if something doesn’t look right. It’s a real shame, as everything else about the hotel was very good, but this incident left a sour taste at the end of what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Needed somewhere to stay whilst visiting family. The hotel is well located amongst amenities. The bed was comfortable therefore able to sleep well. Staff were friendly. The hotel has potential to be a better standard for example if windows were cleaned, mould removed from the bathroom blind, furnishings eg lamp shades fans cleaned of dust.

Yes good on the road location. Clean and Soundproof rooms. Rooms are clean and maintained daily. Food service, taste and quality is awsome. They have good corporate tie-ups as well. Enjoyed my stay.

Courteous & helpful staff, clean & well maintained, good ambience, superb terrace, smiling & welcoming reception, hassle free booking across the counter in minutes. Would recommend this best place at Navsari. Food & bfast also good can consider adding nonveg dishes. Went with 30 senior citizens from Pune.

My husband and I have visited Nrich multiple times earlier so this time we decided to bring our friends too for a wonderful experience at Nrich. In all we were a group of 30 Senior Citizens. Chirag bhai was very welcoming and so was the other staff present. All our friends enjoyed their stay, and the dinner & breakfast too was delicious. Wish we could have extended our stay. Thanks

In my opinion, when a hotel is going to charge a 5% fee for paying with a credit card, and it not specified anywhere at the reception then that is misleading and deceitful. Credit card payments are the norm globally, cash is actually less normal. Additionally knowing that I was an international traveller, as they made copies of my passport at check-in, they should have said something. They blamed it on the bank, as high charges by Visa, well they are in business and this cost should be absorbed as a business expense. I believe they see NRI’s and try to fleece them with hidden charges. I have advised family members who are travelling to Navsari in Jan 2026 to stay clear of this hotel. Deceitful tactics, hence will NEVER STAY AGAIN. I would suggest that travellers be aware of this hotel and their practices.

Enjoyed my stay here . I was visiting india as my mom was in hospital. Chirag and Gayatri were wonderful. Gayatri helped me out in my most vulnerable and needy situation for assistance with my mom’s care. Appreciate help.
