My wife and I arrived in Lugano after several weeks of travel and a river cruise in Europe looking for some rest and recuperation.Arriving by train in Lugano we were amazed at the views from the station which was a very good start. The Swiss Hotel apartments are best approached (if on foot) by taking the funicular railway from the station down to the corso,leaving a straight walk down one road to the hotel (15 minutes in all?). Arriving at the hotel we simply entered our name and booking number into the tablet and created our own key cards, so simple. The apartment was spacious and homely and a joy after weeks of travel. We had a city view and I would definitely see if you can get a lake view but we were very happy. The apartment had a washer and dryer ( a blessing) high end appliances and of course a coffee pod machine…. If we had known how lovely Lugano is, and how lovely the apartment is we would have booked for longer. We bought wine at the Coop around the corner and pizza from the restaurant under the apartments and laughed at how lucky we were to be in that place in such a beautiful city.

酒店位置优越，设施齐全，干净整洁，应有尽有。评分低的主要原因是我们的预订和处理方式出现了混乱。我们预订了两居室公寓，结果只订到了一间，而且他们还错误地多收了我钱，我花了两个月的时间，打了好多电话，发了好多邮件才把钱退了。另外，我们去的时候正值热浪来袭，空调效果不太好，温度低于22度都不行。
我们去的时候天气很热，而且没有空调！没有人帮你办理入住（网上办理非常复杂）。离湖和市中心都很远。这套小型现代公寓，除了价格之外，没有任何“奢华”可言，我不推荐。
没有空调，远离主要景点，离湖很远。入住手续极其复杂（我花了30分钟才办理），而且没有人帮忙。价格非常高。一进公寓，没有空调，非常非常热。我不建议住这里。
这地方太棒了。
经理在各方面都帮了我们很多忙，她是一位五星级房东。她真的竭尽全力地帮助我们。
公寓超级干净，有机会在健身房锻炼，早上还可以去喝杯浓缩咖啡。我强烈推荐这个地方，太棒了。
