We had a wonderful experience at the Jacob Hotel in Mitzpe Ramon. From the very start, the receptionist Ayalla was warm, welcoming, and helped us get situated plus made excellent dinner recommendations. The service was outstanding as was the breakfast and there are lots of fun activities available on site. This is a great spot to travel to many nearby outdoor activities. I recommend rappelling and night time jeep safaris.

It's a really nice place. Friendly staff. Adorable rooms, kids loved the second floor! The outside offers a few fun activities as well. All in all great experience!

Poor value for it’s price
There rooms are nice but their view were to a parking place. There was no single chair if you want to sit in the room, acoustics was terrible so we woke up early morning with the first baby that was shouting in the corridor. The TV was on and there was no way to turn it off until we took out the cables from the wall.
This stay does not justify the price

Let me start from the end. I gave feedback when I left and contacted the customer service in the internet. Nothing happened, I did not receive any reply. Arrived on the first week of July with my two boys. 1. Towels were not enough, and one was torn. 2. The room was dirty without a trash bin. 3. The bottles of the soaps did not had shampoo and were very dirty. 4. I had Nespresso machine, so I didn't receive a kettle to make tea - only after insisting. 5. Like others wrote before: breakfast was the lowest in quality... we went there once, and didn't return. Very bad coffee, I was lucky to have the coffee machine. 6. The refrigerator in the room...didn't work and was very smelly... 7. The girls in the reception were too tired to work... didn't really care if my staying is going well and only when I asked to fix stuff and bring towels, they somehow woke up. 8. The room needs renovation! very basic one, that takes few hours, this does not look like one of Selina's hotel! Yes, I paid too much for not much. Yes, customer service received a complaint from me, and didn't return to me. If you want to spend your money well, think twice.

We booked a standard room for my husbands birthday, yet upon arrival we found ourselves in a tiny dark room without a real window. Upon enquiring, we were informed that there is only one such is a standard room, and we that had to deal with it. This main, fully covering wall that you face right when entering the room, had large smudges on it, and the bathroom door had seemingly never been cleaned. The shampoo bottles etc were near empty and full of spilled liquids. The bedsheets had beige blob stains on them. I’m not ultra picky when it comes to cleanliness, but this was really less what I expected for a room at such a upmarket price. When enquiring, there was no apology, but only the statement that this room had not been used for quite some time; I guess other guests had gotten an upgrade. I suggested that they should change the photographs to display this windowsless room accurately, and now I see they did indeed change the photos, but they still don’t show the real thing, then no one would book it. Please see the photos attached to this review, as it’s unfortunately not an enjoyable room to stay in. There is an upstairs gallery with two more single mattresses.

The perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. Very mellow, very chill. Place is super clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. Glamping tents are great!
