首先说优点:1.地理位置好,出行方便;2.房间还算宽敞,干净;2.前台服务不错
其次说缺点:1.性价比不高,入住时6000元左右一晚,和之后入住的四季价格差不多,但完全不是一个级别的酒店,从大堂到房间,早餐的水平,服务质量,我个人觉得最多值一半的价格。
2.房间内的热水壶烧完水后壶外温度也是100度,没有任何标注说明,所以导致本人有被烫伤,后和携程反应,携程专员和酒店沟通后被告知欧洲都是这样的情况(特别无语…配图感受热水壶的尺寸和“咸猪手”)
3.酒店提供了各种咨询服务,最后要收取100欧的服务费,美其名曰“小费”,作为一家五星级酒店,每晚6000元左右的收费,提供一些服务理所当然,如果是收费服务理应事先说明,不然最终结账时会有不愉快。
我不会再住次家酒店,有这个预算还是住四季吧!
对于酒店方没有诚意的回复,非常气愤…追加差评,如果可以分数差希望改成1分…此次意大利之旅到目前为止最差的酒店,没有之一…这家酒店就是大骗子,大家千万不要上当预约入住。能考虑这家酒店的宝子们都有一定经济实力,这家酒店最多值1000多元,就是位置好,其他都一般…不值得花6000元住一晚…住了三晚肠子都悔青了…太离谱了
没有服务,阴冷傲慢。早餐只能点一种事物而且最恶心的是离店时强制收取50磅STAFF FEE小费,这种安排也是我在欧洲三十几年没遇到过的。位置不好,没办法停车,乱七八糟,隔壁是个星巴克。房间里有美的齐家族人的画像,也是吓人。预定的不是最普通的房型,居然窗户对着天井。唯一好的是卫生间大,此外一楼有SPA,但要预约。总之,再来不会住这里,也不推荐朋友住。
酒店位置很不错,房间复古风格和智能化设计很有新鲜感,下楼就是旅游景点,而且很热闹,窗隔音超级好,但服务略显冷淡,早餐一般

1. 前台的男孩子服务专业亲切,可惜忘记问名字了,就在我图片中!让我们有宾至如归的感觉,虽然前几天米兰柏悦也很不错,但这家酒店的服务更有家的感觉
2.房间设施非常非常新且干净,床品很舒服,送的水果和夜床服务满分,看到我们喝完一瓶水也主动加了!
3. 酒店lobby的餐厅非常非常好吃!和米其林餐厅是同一个厨师,如果追求口味和性价比,lobby足以。
4. 如果有机会再来佛罗伦萨,这家酒店我一定会再多住几晚!
很幸运订了这个酒店,是一处历史建筑,离主要景点步行15分钟以内。特别值得一提的是酒店服务非常好、热情。每天还有二个小时的免费spa,可惜没有时间去。如果还有机会去佛罗伦萨一定还会订这间酒店。
