Slow room service or delayed response to complaints. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room regularly. Reception was not available or inattentive. 🔴 Facilities Not as Promised Wi-Fi was not working or very slow. Swimming pool/gym/restaurant not available despite being advertised. No hot water or power backup. Poor parking facilities. 🔴 Food & Dining Issues Poor quality or taste of food. Breakfast was not as per the menu/expectation. Unhygienic dining area. --- 🔴 Safety & Security Concerns No proper locking system on doors/windows. Suspicious or unsafe surroundings. Staff behavior made us feel uncomfortable. --- 🔴 Overcharging or Billing Issues Hidden charges added during checkout. Paid for amenities that were not provided. --- 🔴 Other Disappointments Not suitable for families or solo travelers. Pictures shown online were misleading. No proper customer support or grievance redressal.

The worst hotel service i have ever experience. I was travelling with my family bd booked 2 room nd both the room had problems. First room Defective room lock, unworking room refrigerator nd intercom. Second room Flusher not working We made multiple complains but they dont have experience staff to tackle the problem. Guys dont waster your money on this property nd opt for other places

Giving review for the very first time for any property which i have ever visit . Pros. 1.)Near by property to salasar Balaji...20 mins drive from the property situated on road to state highway...smooth road & easy to approach. 2.) A very warm welcoming gesture & hospitality from the property staff..well mannered calm supportive & approachable. 3.)Huge space for outdoor activity.. Good greenery .Can play with family & friends .Games like cricket , cycling badminton etc . 4.) Complimentary milk for infant ..No charges for milk. Milk,as much as you want for your infant they will take care . Cons. 1.) Not fulfilling the brand name ananta,quite surprised. 2.) The property & it's structure(Room) is not well maintained.. Took deluxe room (Family Visit ) with complementary breakfast .Very small & common room interior is not up to mark as per the brand name ananta. 3.)Damp & moisture over walls , its very annoying for the look of the room when u paid well . 4.)Food is also avg..can't say expensive but still it's has to be delicious when you pay standard rates for the choicest one . 5.) Breakfast is also avg ..(Buffet) 6.) Pool was small , Can't say too dirty but it was not clean as it has to be , Cleanliness should be taken care. Because kids & many other families using it at the same time . 7.)Small spiders , Different insects over walls & in bathroom ..In night due to flash lights & greenery faced this issue bit more . This review basis on one day experience... Although it's an experience & Management taking actions might be on reviews time to time .So should visit once to know how it's

Room are very neat & clean . All the staff members are very helpful & nice. They greet smile & try to fulfill requirements at the earliest. When get so clean rooms.,staff Banti & upasana take care of the cleanliness & very sweet. Food is amazing.

Property is not managed well. Not safe for family stay. Location is quite far from city. And staff is not at all user friendly. Worst location. And worst property. I would not recommend this property. Will never stY. All positive reviews are fake and paid reviews.

我和妻子去萨拉萨尔巴拉吉寺庙游玩，住在这家酒店。酒店离寺庙很近。度假村设施很好，房间也很宽敞。但是服务真的太糟糕了。我们到的时候把车停在了一个前台经理能看到的地方，但按了十分钟喇叭才有人过来帮我们拿行李。办理入住后，我们向他们要额外的枕头，结果也没送过来。早餐差到我们俩都不想吃，最后出去吃的。酒店硬件设施确实不错，如果管理层能在服务方面下点功夫，绝对会是一家非常出色的酒店。
