The service and staff is great. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast could be better. Not enough variety and the vegan sausage is not something every guess will enjoy.

Not a very friendly place
Unfortunately our family trip to Atlanta got cancelled due to the fact the entire family got Covid. I contacted the hotel to at the very least try and postpone our trip due to it was a non-refundable prepaid reservation. This was beyond our control. Their response was sorry can't help you. I can only hope the manager at this hotel does not ever get into a situation beyond his control and sees that things happen sometimes. I was not asking for a refund, just a postponement. I would think they would be a little more accommodating. It will be the last time we visit this hotel.

Even though the room was prepaid through *******, the staff took a $50 security deposit on our credit card. We left the room in pristine condition, but one week later they still have not cancelled and refunded the security deposit hold. I cannot reach them by phone, and when I text to the help line, I only get an automated response saying someone will come back to me soon. This is terrible customer service. I suspect in many cases they just take the $50 and if the customer doesn't notice, they keep it. Awful and untrustworthy.

Unfortunately the brook reeked of cat urine . We arrived so late and my husband did not want to go down and get another room I could barely sleep due to the foul odor and notified the desk, they apologized but didn’t offer any type of compensation .the room was very clean other than the horrid smell and the staff was nice, I don’t think we’d stay her again without ensuring our room doesn’t stick ahead of time . We’ve stayed at tons of country inns ? This must allow pets or someone such their cat in.

Staff was friendly the rooms were clean with microwave and fridge beds were comfortable didnt want to get out of it. Shower was and bathroom was very nice. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
