The room was in good condition but not to our expectations. The beds were full size not queen. The bathroom door closed but the lock did not work. We left on Saturday for the day. I requested at the lobby which was beautiful in the morning for the room to be cleaned, beds made, new towels, and toilet paper. We arrived back in the room after 9:30 pm and found that the beds were not freshly made, garbage cans full, no toilet paper and no new towels. This was very disappointing.
We went back to the lobby. I let the gentleman know there what happened and that I was upset. Nick, at the time was behind the bar. He went out of his way to go the room to empty the trash cans, provide toilet paper and new towels. We appreciated what Nick did for us. I hope this review helps to ensure improvement is made.
