Upon check in i was notified by the front desk personnel that there was no water and no A/C, and there was no time frame for both services to be back up and working. This was an on going issue since the night before, but there was no communication fron the property what so ever, and even when i refused to check in under those circumstances they gave me a very hard time to cancel my reservation and refund my money

The valet parking is really bad. They left my vehicle in park and ran my battery dead. They didn’t even want to refund my payment for the valet. Once we arrived at the hotel they told us we had a certain room number and once we get to the room the keys didn’t work. They gave us the wrong room number and had to get us into the right room. All this took over an hour and having kids under the age of four, this was kind of disappointing having to wait to get to our rooms and get settled. The amenities were nice but the having a suite for 4 people and getting to the beach and trying to get four chairs they wanted to charge us an for the 2 more chairs since they have a policy for only 2 chairs per room.

The pictures that are online was not the pictures of the actual room had to have someone come in and clean the room because it was dirty had extra sheets as Lady was changing the sheets on the bed. She had to get new sheets because her sheets was dirty on her cart. The cleaning lady was extremely nice who came into reclean, but the floors were empty. The walls were filthy and so was the sheet.

The elevator situation was bad. Long wait times to go either up or down.
The complimentary beach chairs and towels are divided in sections. If you rent through Airbnb or with the hotel directly.
Which means if you come with a big party and some reserved different ways you cannot have beach chairs close to each other. The towels are also restricted to be used only in their specific sections. Say you rented through the hotel and want to be with your group that rented through Airbnb, you cannot because it’s a separate section.
There is no ice machine at the resort and the ice makers in the rooms do not produce enough for a beach day.
The TVs are not connected to any WIFI so although it is a smart TV, you cannot use it u less you connect your own device to it with a HDMI cable.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

在各方面都高估了。 预订了海景房,即使升级,也只能看到部分海景。第一次入住没有客房清洁服务的酒店度假村,事实上,当房间从入口处闻起来有股难闻的气味并且地毯很脏时,他们会收取不合理的额外清洁费用(在退房时)。 他们收取“度假酒店”通常的度假费,并为四位客人提供两把沙滩椅和一条毛巾(显然我们不得不等了半个小时才有更多的毛巾),但这些毛巾从未送来。每晚的停车费非常昂贵,而且工作人员也很粗鲁。我的错误是在预订前没有阅读评论,并且为平庸的服务付了太多钱。我绝对不会再去也不会推荐它。
