Very lovely modern rustic hotel. Common areas are beautiful. Lots of gathering spaces inside and out. Very cool vibe. Restaurant was excellent. Rooms were very spacious, we had a double queen and beds were very comfortable. Room amenities were very nice, electric teapot with nice selection of teas! Bathroom was well appointed.

The thermostat system in on room did not work at all. In another room, the themostat was also faulty. The desk staff was very responsive , but there was little they could do. Needs serious maintenance attention.

Absolutely loved the hotel from the moment I walked in. From the friendly greeting to the beautiful decor. We used the outside patio seating area, which was so very lovely. The guest room was also beautifully decorated and most importantly clean.
I'm looking forward to booking again at this hotel and I've recommended it to family and friends.

This all-in-one hotel is truly exceptional. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very accommodating, and the on-site restaurant is a well-appointed establishment with a remarkable menu. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. Guests can dine outdoors on the back patio, and the fire pits add a unique touch. It offers an experience akin to a small resort, making it ideal for a weekend getaway or business travel. I have experienced both, and I always look forward to returning, hoping it will be as wonderful as before. Fortunately, this place consistently exceeds expectations.

我并非缺乏酒店经营经验。我建造并经营了圣卢西亚的 Jalousie Plantation Resort，也就是 Viceroy Sugar Beach。
******** 收了我的房费，然后酒店又收了我的房费。所以原本 180 美元的房间最终花了 300 多美元。
更糟糕的是，餐费竟然花了 200 美元。我和儿子最后都拉肚子了。我拉了一整晚，一直拉到早上。
至于房间，深色窗帘只是装饰用的。如果你想要黑暗，那你就倒霉了。我应该带上我妻子的发夹，把两块窗帘绑在一起。
还有，那该死的窗式空调噪音太大了，吵得我睡不着——至少那噪音让我在去厕所的路上一直保持警惕。
