My family stays at this hotel every time we come to Madison. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, and usually we have a fantastic day. This last time I was satisfied with the overall experience outside of the room.
The room itself was disappointing. I found two toe nail clippings on the carpet when we arrived, and numerous black, curly hairs all around the couch. We had a crawling baby and I wasn’t comfortable leaving her on the floor. The sofa bed was also full of foods crumbs when I pulled it out. Cleaning definitely needs a little more attention to detail.
Otherwise, this hotel is great. Quiet, safe, and you can access the highway without hearing it all night.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable. Breakfast was great the only negative was the refrigerator in the room did not work and we had leftovers we had to toss

The breakfast could've been better as some days there was no creamer some days there was no coffee and other days. There were no plates in order to get the food that they had out.
It was clean enough, which I was thankful for however they didn't replenish the coffee in the room. we didn't have enough towels. Which of course I know we could've asked for, but the room didn't get cleaned every day.

Would stay here again!
Stayed there while visiting family. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Wish the restaurant was open on the weekends, not just Monday to Friday. Hotel was very clean. Room furniture was a little worn out, but not bad. Great back patio!

Room layout was great with a family of 5 just wish there was a 2nd vanity as thier was plenty of room for a 2nd. The gentle man that worked at the counter in the evening/overnight was fantastic. Only 2 complaints the breakfast was terrible I dont know how you can mess up froren french sticks but they some how did. Only 3 bath towels despite the room having 2 queens and a full pull pull out. Wa easily fixed by requesting more towels.
