Convenient location for US visa related work. Rooms are not the cleanest, found a lot of bugs, stains on the sheets and cigarette residue on the floor.
Booking and coordination with reception and staff was good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Need to really up the cleanliness game to keep up with the competition!

The staff are amazing and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. My room had some minor issues but the other people said they weren’t having the same issue. Overall an ideal time place if you’re going for US visa appointments.

The breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel provided a comfortable overnight stay, but the staff’s lack of accommodation for a late checkout request was disappointing. Despite sending the request three days prior through the ******* app, we were denied the extension of approximately three hours, which would have allowed my wife to rest due to her medical condition. The subsequent flight was scheduled for 7 pm.
Furthermore, the lobby was not in optimal condition, as the air conditioning unit was not functioning. Consequently, we had to book another hotel, as the hotel we had initially selected was also fully booked that day. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from the hotel regarding our request.

Body wash quantity is very less for 2 days. There was no towel. I had to call. Also there is no hand towel. It is great to have one chair option for lunch or breakfast for in dining option.
For breakfast, food was not hot

The room and washroom was clean Good staff though few staff. Air-conditioning was very good. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Also friendly staff.
