一如既往的喜欢 每次来新加坡必住的酒店而且每次都是住两个星期的位置地铁晚上散步也特别方便喜欢
想要花五星级酒店的钱体验三星级酒店的服务和两星级酒店卫生的人可以试试这家酒店。
被套的四个角都是黄黄的,每块毛巾上几乎都有大小深浅不一的污渍,桌子、放水杯的台子等各种显眼的地方全是落满了灰尘的“卫生死角”。
我们连续住了两天,中间要求打扫了一次卫生,但是除了垃圾被带走,床铺和毛巾被铺整齐了之外上述情况没有任何改善,合理怀疑毛巾和床上用品并没有更换,或者他们刚洗过的东西也都这样?
同时由于抵达时房间还没有准备好,我们只能暂时将行李寄存在行李房,但是当问前台是否能在准备好房间之后直接将我们的行李送至房间时,却被告知仍然需要之后自己去行李房领取并自行运送。
酒店位置不错,靠着新加坡河,河景房可以通过落地窗看日出,相当出片。旁边不远有公交地铁站,出行方便,一楼有小卖部可以买零食和饮料,圣诞节气氛很浓,早餐很丰盛,工作人员都很热情礼貌,很满意的入住体验,以后还会来!
1 基本没什么服务可言吧 门童是不会帮忙拿行李的 我额外要了一床被子 发现有黄色污渍和前台沟通时 前台也就是 那我找人给你换下 一句抱歉也没有
2 游泳池没有救生人员
3 房间有声音 第一次上午沟通时告知河边有风很正常但是帮我看看 晚上还是有声音 提出换房对方告知晚上不能换房 我说我上午已经提了这个情况对方又说 换的话会挨着工地还是会有声音的 我说你可以不给我挨着工地的房间啊 沟通半天终于换了和之前比差一点的房间 声音比之前好一些 还是有路边的声音
4优点就是地铁200米
送了孩子小水獭🦦,整体体验不错,早餐好吃。圣诞前夜还有圣诞老人出现,给孩子发了糖果,超级开心。大床房很舒服,沙发还可以专门给孩子改成床,去哪里都方便,工作人员也很周到
为什么客人享有每次入住30元新加坡元的餐券,而前台办理check in时不给呢?客人享有的权益得你们主动提供,而不是后知后觉的我们发现自己有这个权益没享到。同是作为服务业的人员,不愿意写这个差评。好在给升级了海滨房,门口的印度大叔非常热情,告诉我怎么走到地铁站。卫生环境都不错,才把我这次的体验感拉回来。
前台的女工作人员态度非常差,对人满满的恶意,任何咨询和服务要求一概拒绝,国内国外住过的酒店里这家是服务态度最差的,花钱消费还要受气,只是询问有没有一次性杯子可以给一个,就被态度非常差的拒绝提供,而我第二天就在酒店看到了一次性杯子,入住体验感极差!
酒店靠近新加坡河,景色很美,河边各色酒吧餐厅,适合休闲聚会小酌,遛狗带娃跑步骑行的人很多,放松和谐的氛围,酒店高层房间可以看到金沙酒店和新加坡眼
位置很方便,鱼尾狮,克拉码头,树洞,警察局都可以走路就到的,晚上沿着河走走,吹吹风,河边喝一杯,还是蛮舒服的
酒店的房间在新加坡来说算是宽敞,有很多参加商务会议活动的人入住。早餐很丰盛。27楼的景观不错,酒店是11点checkout,不能推迟退房稍微有些不方便。
