带女儿来玩 住了8晚 说很喜欢这里的早餐和泳池 下次还要来玩 去地铁站需要走个几分钟也是很方便的 酒店的服务人员都很不错哦 非常的nice 楼下的环境也超级棒 就是新加坡河 早晨很多人跑步 绿植也特别多 非常适合遛娃 空气很好 太喜欢这个地方了 下次还要来玩!
房间很干净,就是格局有限点小,说是一室一厅的,感觉是把卧室的空间隔出来了,但是床单被褥都很整洁,酒店不是新的,维护的很好。早餐很丰富,特别好吃。
因为是商务活动指定的酒店,没有办法改,但必须要吐槽一下。首先携程承诺说会联系酒店升级,但结果并没有升房,而且给了酒店最小的房间。其次酒店的卫生打扫系统好像是由东北人承包下来,我这一层基本上就等于没有打扫,住了五晚五晚都很敷衍了事。熨斗是多年前的那种老款,竟然还把我的衣服烫了个大洞。纸巾没有了,多少天都不给换。连住5天将近6000块,等于住了一个国内三星标准的快捷酒店。慎选
房间很大,河景很漂亮,卫生好,早餐一般,门口有bus站,离300米有地铁,出行方便吗,有中文服务,餐厅煎蛋小伙对中国人不友善,有区别对待,总体感觉还好

想要花五星级酒店的钱体验三星级酒店的服务和两星级酒店卫生的人可以试试这家酒店。
被套的四个角都是黄黄的,每块毛巾上几乎都有大小深浅不一的污渍,桌子、放水杯的台子等各种显眼的地方全是落满了灰尘的“卫生死角”。
我们连续住了两天,中间要求打扫了一次卫生,但是除了垃圾被带走,床铺和毛巾被铺整齐了之外上述情况没有任何改善,合理怀疑毛巾和床上用品并没有更换,或者他们刚洗过的东西也都这样?
同时由于抵达时房间还没有准备好,我们只能暂时将行李寄存在行李房,但是当问前台是否能在准备好房间之后直接将我们的行李送至房间时,却被告知仍然需要之后自己去行李房领取并自行运送。
酒店位置不错,靠着新加坡河,河景房可以通过落地窗看日出,相当出片。旁边不远有公交地铁站,出行方便,一楼有小卖部可以买零食和饮料,圣诞节气氛很浓,早餐很丰盛,工作人员都很热情礼貌,很满意的入住体验,以后还会来!
住得很满意的,就在新加坡河岸,沿河边就走到了克拉码头,很多人散步、跑步、骑自行车,很多美食,酒店设施也全面。
1 基本没什么服务可言吧 门童是不会帮忙拿行李的 我额外要了一床被子 发现有黄色污渍和前台沟通时 前台也就是 那我找人给你换下 一句抱歉也没有
2 游泳池没有救生人员
3 房间有声音 第一次上午沟通时告知河边有风很正常但是帮我看看 晚上还是有声音 提出换房对方告知晚上不能换房 我说我上午已经提了这个情况对方又说 换的话会挨着工地还是会有声音的 我说你可以不给我挨着工地的房间啊 沟通半天终于换了和之前比差一点的房间 声音比之前好一些 还是有路边的声音
4优点就是地铁200米
送了孩子小水獭🦦,整体体验不错,早餐好吃。圣诞前夜还有圣诞老人出现,给孩子发了糖果,超级开心。大床房很舒服,沙发还可以专门给孩子改成床,去哪里都方便,工作人员也很周到
