第二次入住,感觉很好,是新加坡少有的带阳台的酒店,游泳池和健身房很好,早餐也不错,位置很好,交通很方便。
酒店不提供瓶装水,但有烧水机。
先说优点:
1、位置真是不错,离地铁、公交站、牛车水、克拉码头都不远,附近既有7-11,也有大一点的超市,确实方便。
2、早餐也还行,既有中式的粥和炒饭,也有西式的面包咸肉。和国内的全季差不多,比Holiday inn差一点。
3、房间设施也不算旧,就是窗户一样不能开。房间每天给打扫。
4、泳池、自助洗衣房都有,泳池是7-22点营业。
再说说不便之处:
1、入住时间必须要在15:00以后,早到也不能进房间,只能给存行李。退房要在上午11:00以前。看样子打扫卫生的动作还是有点慢。
2、和前台打过三次交道,都没有华人,中文服务的没有。行李小哥倒是能讲中文。
3、新加坡的信息化程度还是有点低,住了几家酒店,办理入住手续的时间比较长(2-5分钟)。可以改进一下,引入中国的酒店管理系统,半分钟就搞定一个客户。
毕比较老一点的酒店,总体设置比较旧,不过还挺干净的,楼层很高,阳台没有封闭,恐高的不建议开门,房间还是挺大的,这个价格也算是比较划算了,洗澡的蓬蓬头是老式固定的有点不方便吧,其他还好,下次还会选择入住。
设施:这个酒店设施有点老了,风格比较老旧,暗色调,不过我觉得没什么问题。床品干净,这点不错。有游泳池和健身房,游泳池很干净,健身房虽不大但绝对够用
卫生:房间都挺干净的
环境:阳台房很赞,阳台上有绿植,风景好
非常喜欢房间里的床和卫生间,又好又干净!特别感谢客房服务,他们帮我把浴室地垫换成了更厚的,这下积水问题解决了。不过交通不太方便,附近没有平坦的红绿灯路口,去克拉码头只有一座天桥,而且路上有很多树枝和木头,走起来很不方便。除此之外,一切都挺好的,谢谢!
其实还可以,淡季一千以内的话性价比挺不错的,一分钱一分货。宣传的35平阳台房虽然没感觉有35,但也比大多数同价位酒店大了。酒店位置在克拉码头附近,去哪都挺近的,卫生什么也尚可,反正以国内老牌四星的期待值去应该会感觉还行,如果期待过高可能会失望。
换了两间房,第一间双床变三床房,上一住客加床收拾房间没收起来, 淋浴房水龙头和淋浴水一个开关控制 ,同时出水 .
第二间 浴室把手坏的太明显了 ,阳台门无法自由开关,每次打开需要找人拿钥匙 ,工作人员说 就是这样的 ,也是醉
不说这酒店设施落后,就说我提前好几天订的带阳台的房间,结果到了以后前台说没有了,给换了一个所谓的升级房,房间小而且靠近电梯口,前台给我说mini吧免费,结果住了两天迷你吧冰箱连瓶水都没有,更可气是我昨晚向前台反映这两个问题,他们直接说没人说过mini吧的事。好家伙,最后凌晨一点多酒店服务人员又给我房间打电话,挂了几次还继续打,大半夜累了一天已经睡了,估计是给我送mini吧的饮料吧,我差你半夜给我送两瓶饮料矿泉水吗?建议大家不要入住,性价比不高,服务态度又差,不尊重中国顾客,体验感极差。
史。真的是史中史。从来没住过这么史的酒店。请所有朋友避雷这家酒店,混乱的服务,肮脏嘈杂的环境,恶臭的气味,让我在入住的几天完全得不到良好的休息。我们预订的价格是三个晚上3700多,这个价格在上海也至少能住到中高级别的酒店了,但实际的体验是连如家还不如。
服务:入住当天是晚上十一点左右,到达之后印度前台就说是因为到太晚,所以已经把我们预定的带阳台的豪华双床房先给了其他客人,需要给我们换成大床房,本来预定前看酒店差评知道可能有这种情况,有心理准备所以接受了。结果推着大行李箱到了才发现直接给我们降了一个等级的房型,换成了特色大床房无阳台!!!并且房间有很大的气味,窗户还不能打开。又推着行李回前台和她battle,前台还一直嘴犟欺骗我们说是给我们升级了房型,但不管是携程还是酒店官网都显示特色房就是比豪华房便宜!!!后来协商了很久给我们换成了一个行政套房,叫我们第二天十一点到前台换回预定好的双床豪华房。第二天早上十一点准时下去,前台是中国人很好说话,但是又告知我们房间正在打扫,没有办法让我们立刻换房放行李,但可以等房间准备好了帮我们把行李送到房间,晚上回酒店时只需要换房卡即可。结果晚上玩到十一点回酒店又是那个印度前台!!并且早晚班没有交接,印度前台并不知道我们之前的协商情况,行李也还在前一晚的套房内,最终也还是我们自己把行李搬来搬去搬到了新房间。第一天晚上到达时已经是十一点,折腾了几轮之后入住已经临近一点,洗漱整理睡下已经接近三点钟,第二天还有一整天的行程,累得半死,跟酒店前台吵来吵去最后还是很差的结果更是让人心累。
卫生:比起服务来说,虽然很波折但至少正常入住。卫生情况糟糕到不可思议。进入房间就有一股恶臭,研究了一下是从空调里吹出来的,不知道多久没有清洗过空调,掀开被子就发现床板的角落暴露在外面并且里面都是灰尘,地毯一块一块有污渍,卫生间的地板也一样又有星星点点的斑点又有一整块的脏污,导致我入住第一晚几乎没有睡觉,一直被臭醒!!!临近泳池的房间一直能听到外面泳池马达的声音很嘈杂,根本休息不好。
酒店设施老旧,还潮湿,床单被套总感觉湿漉漉的,入住的房间楼下不知道是什么设备,一晚上轰隆隆的,非常吵!前台没中文服务。遇到问题沟通起来不是很方便。附近没什么吃的。交通还算便利,公交,地铁到哪里都方便
