每次必住的酒店，没有之一，服务，环境，地理位置无可挑剔🥰早餐是我吃过最丰富的，更是shopping的首选酒店。
酒店位置不错，到哪里都比较方便。酒店的环境有特色，热带雨林风格。
不过可能是时间有点久了，设施维护好但偏老，几乎没有任何智能设备，电视也不能投屏，窗帘马桶全手动。接近两千的价格，可以提升下。
周边商圈购物美食丰富。酒店设计融合泰式与现代风格，房间宽敞舒适，床品优质，早餐丰富。住客对其服务评价很高，前台有中文服务，员工注重细节，还提供早餐打包送房服务，是一家性价比高的五星级酒店。
这是我在携程体验最差最失望的一次，整个楼层油漆味很重，酒店在施工改造还很吵！我当时订的时候并不知情，想说带小朋友出门住好一点，3晚花了快一万块！我订单付完款后，有客服打电话告诉我在施工，我说那帮我退掉，客服说酒店已经预订成功不能退款！！！我说那你打电话告诉我在施工是什么意思？她说只是告知一下，应该影响不大！
我真的很后悔我就这样很不开心地住了3晚，我太傻太好说话了！酒店不仅吵，油漆味重，按摩还很差，前台说送我半小时按摩让我去按，结果我加了60分钟付了近5000泰铢，近1000块人民币，等我付完开始按，真的按得好差，真的还不如我之前在街头500泰铢按的好！那一刻我真的气炸了，开始按了也不能退钱，硬着头皮按一半换了两个技师都不行，后天我只能气哄哄走了！
诶！我该怎么办呢？做为携程的忠粉，这次泰国行真的无语了！
带着期待入住，但是大跌眼镜，真的是垃圾酒店挂着五钻水平。
1.房间被套有潮湿，睡的很不舒服
2.酒店在装修，电梯厅装修噪音传到房间
3.泳池关闭，大夏天没有开放
4.餐厅服务员有歧视中国人情况，煎蛋的一个员工在我们排队的时候，本该到我们的煎蛋给插队进来的中东人。
5.手机漏在餐厅，态度是无所谓的敷衍，最后说要报警才愿意查监控（而且是通过酒店前台去沟通的）开始餐厅的服务员压根不理。
6.儿童俱乐部极小，打着亲子酒店的名号，什么配套都没有。
中国人避雷避雷避雷，重要的说三遍，真的垃圾酒店，2000一晚的垃圾酒店，只值20块。

我非常喜欢这家酒店！地理位置超级便利，离Central World购物中心和LV Place步行不到10分钟。而且就在BTS站旁边，探索曼谷简直完美。
酒店的设计也很棒。房间宽敞，融入了泰式传统元素，整个酒店随处可见绿植，营造出一种非常放松的度假氛围，我很享受。
总而言之，强烈推荐这家酒店给那些寻求优越地理位置和宁静环境的旅客！
名不虚传！我真的太爱这家安纳塔拉酒店了，性价比超高，五星级的设施和服务，地理位置也极佳！早餐有各种国际美食，包括新鲜三文鱼、各式奶酪、面包、烘焙点心，选择超级丰富！晚上还有现场音乐，氛围很棒，鸡尾酒也很好喝。午餐区的工作人员非常友善，女士们还热情地为我们介绍了菜品以及它们来自泰国的哪个地方，非常专业且友好。泳池很不错，七楼的会议/办公空间也非常方便。总的来说，我强烈推荐这家酒店，无论是独自旅行、情侣、朋友出游还是商务出行都非常适合！十分满分，我一定会再来的！大堂区域也很华丽，非常适合喝下午茶或咖啡，爱了爱了！
离四面佛非常近，BTS就离一百米的样子，去哪都方便。环境很好，前台妹妹会讲中文，早饭也不错。
酒店员工的服务质量无可挑剔。房间有点太暗，风格也比较老旧，但是庭院和早餐都很棒。员工总是乐于助人，他们还为我们的周年纪念日准备了鲜花和床铺布置，真是太贴心了！酒店地理位置优越，去哪里都很方便。一定会再来，免费的零点早餐选择也很丰富。
